Art is a conduit for discovery.
Faced with design challenges and opportunities for expression, my students learn how they can apply art techniques and tools to solve problems. They practice art concepts to aid in visual storytelling; hone craftmanship in the construction of architectural and natural objects; sketch concepts and blueprints for prototypes. They develop an appetite for asking questions and discovering their own answers.
